Advantages and disadvantages of single screw pump

Advantages:
 1, wide range of pressure and flow.  The pressure is about 3.4-340 kg force /cm
 2, the flow rate can reach 18600cm3/ min;  2. Wide range of type and viscosity of transported liquid;
 3, because the inertia force of the rotary parts in the pump is low, it can use a high speed;
 4, good absorption, with self-absorption ability;
 5, uniform and continuous flow, small vibration, low noise;
 6, compared with other rotary pump, the gas and dirt into the less sensitive;
 7, solid structure, easy installation and maintenance.

Disadvantages
1, Screw processing and assembly requirements are higher;
